To give an example, when asked what hurt, I mentioned two body parts. She said to me without making eye contact, "pick ONE!" In addition, I was surprised by the additional crew in the room. There was a Monty Tech student and the Dr has an assistant notetaker. All piled into the room without asking my consent. I am pretty easy to please. My requirements for medical visits is that I'm treated respectfully, that I feel "heard", and my privacy is honored by asking me first before inviting a team. I typically wait only 5 minutes or so in the waiting room when I arrive for an appointment, and then maybe 3-5 minutes max in the exam room for the doctor. Typically you get good, quick service, which isn't true everywhere. The only potential issue is that it can take a while to get routine appointments (they book 3-4 weeks out sometimes). But the few times I've had an urgent appointment they've gotten me in the same day. You usually see the nurse practitioner, but she's great so that's not an issue. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
