I had Sciatic nerve damage in my right leg but was told it actually starts in your back ? I was told I need 10 appointments so the pain would go away we did a bunch of exercises after 10 appointments $40.00 co pay X 10 $ 400.00 dollars I felt a little better but not 100% my regular gym had a lot of exercise equipment that Professional Physical Therapy had so with the $ 40.00 dollar co-pay each time I just decided to finish it up at my gym the guys were nice and they seem to know their stuff but again..... read more

I have been using Professional Physical Therapy since my knee replacement surgery in March. I have found the clinic to be professionally managed and staffed. The last Therapy center I used was staffed by very Jr. therapists who basically had me follow the instructions from their manual. Questions were never answered correctly and my recovery suffered under their care. What a bright light to find Professional PT after that!! Dom, my therapist really knows his stuff! He works me hard to my limits and my recovery has been so successful! Even faster than my Dr. or I thought! He introduced new exercises and increased weights at just the right time to keep me moving forward. I am so pleased with how well this has worked out. The atmosphere in the clinic is relaxed and all the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. In a stellar act of niceness, Patti, the office receptionist, alerted ME when I had overpaid my co-pay. Mike and Dom are consummate professionals, listening intently to my concerns, acknowledging my successes with enthusiasm and gently guiding me through things that were difficult. My daughter injured he knee and was very unsure about going to PT. Everyone at Professional Physical Therapy in Marshfield was amazing with her. They took care of her like she was one of their own. My initial impression was ok. The facility had decent equipment and reasonably fit guys as trainers. The first appt I noticed they engaged more with each other than me. I was given exercises then the trainer would walk off and chit chat with the guys. No guidance or feedback on how I was doing. I'd finish and wonder what to do next. I'd stand around waiting long enough to check email. By now I knew a lot about them, but they knew little about me. The second appt was worse. A new trainer who did not know my history, he was training a new person and she knew even less. They interacted with each other or their iPads, talking about me like I was not there. The third and last visit had the trainer insisting my pain was in my head. He told me I was argumentative. So I guess they either ignore you or get angry. I left mid appt. It seemed like the only person who cared was the woman at the front desk. She was very concerned and apologized. I think there are much more professional PTs in the area. read more

The physical therapists at Teamwork prepared me for shoulder surgery and then did a terrific job rehabbing my shoulder. When it wasn't progressing as it should the team found an underlying issue with my neck and encouraged me to go back to my orthopedic surgeon and discover what else was going on. Teamwork marshfield is great. I have been there for two different issues. Fractured my back and after surgery I went here 3 days a week for awhile. Then 2 days a week. They worked with my needs, including how I felt the days I was there. Very encouraging. First step was to heat injury and then massage it. work the muscle and tissue to bring recovery. Then they worked me as much as I could do while encouraging and pushing to the next level. Always asking how you feel and how it is going. Then ending with icing the injury. Full service. Did same for knee injury. The people there are great, including Tim, Tim and Mike. They take the time to work with interns Great team. Highly recommend! read more

Very disappointed with the fee structure for billing. We were told the cost would be "X" per visit but it was substantially higher. We asked several times for a current invoice only to hear that they needed to hear back from corporate; this is so they could confirm what my insurance would cover for the individual treatments. Ultimately if I paid for the treatments out of my own pocket with out the insurance company been involved it would have been cheaper. Point being, they charged my insurance company fully on what was covered and then charged my family the full amount. Double hit, total scam to grab as much money as possible for a single treatment. Surprisingly when my insurance hit the max payout for treatments, they said we were good to go and no longer needed treatment (carefully if they throw out 16 or 17 visits).! read more
