My water heater decided that it was time to die and I had no hot water. I called Professional Plumbing at 8:00 A.M. and Chris Kirsten was at my house by 9:00 A.M. Amazing turn around time. Chris was able to troubleshoot my problem, purchase and install new hot water heater by himself by 11:30 A.M. He explained the situation to me, the work and parts that I needed. He gave me a quote and when new hot water heater was installed, he stuck to his quote, no SURPRISES. Chris cleaned up the work area and took away the old parts and left the job site better than he found it. I sent pics of what I felt needed to be done for a tub to shower remodel, and Chris took the time to answer every question I had. They were at my house for a free estimate on a gas line reroute and I ended up having a Slab leak as they were getting ready to leave. It was as if it was truly meant to be. They gladly stuck around to detect and cap the leak and came back a couple days later for the reroute. Hands down the best customer service we have ever received in the 7 years of being in my home. I sent professional Plumbing a message and got a response within 10 minutes, Chris came out to assess my fire pit to see if I could get a bigger flame from it, he showed up on time and dig up the pit down to the gas lines and in 95 degree heat, he even went ahead and checked the gas levels without asking for a payment, he went above and beyond to figure my fire pit issue and only ended up charging me for an hour worth of work, though he couldn't get the pit to the level we wanted he did clean out the gas lines which gave a little bit of a larger flame and told me my options on getting the pit where I might want it. About a week after coming out to work on my fire pit I had to give him a call because there was not hot water do to the pilot going out, he came out same day and ran test and found there was nothing wrong with the water heater we just had to much clutter (recycles) around the water heater and need to give it some air so the heater could flow freely, when he could've easily charged us for coming out to run the testing he didn't charge for anything and said no it all about customer service. He didn't take advantage of the situation just to make a buck, he even gave recommendations on going tankless in the future and advice on hard water in our area. He was honest and very sincere about his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber. read more

I just moved into my new house and I had appliances being installed. Well my washer and dryer was not installed based on the recommendation of the installers. He said I needed a larger drain pan for my washer and he did not install those. I looked on Yelp and I found Chris. I set up the appointment/quote. Chris came out and took 1 look and said no problem. Chris took the new pan I purchased and created a new opening on it to get a flush fit. During this installation he found the pipe was installed correctly and would've led to a leak and water damage. Not only did he replace the pipe he made sure it was glued tight and secure. The whole job took maybe 25 to 35 mins tops. When it was all said and done he didnt charge me a cent more for the pipe he fixed. Not only was Chris professional he was courteous, informative and a great person to talk to.
