Julio was extremely professional, kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. Most places only do the scan and give you the results, however, Julio sat down with me afterwards and explained them in great detail. This alone was worth the cost of the entire service. Not only did I learn about my individual results and needs, but I also gained a much better understanding of overall body composition and the suggested guidelines for body fat and bone density. I don't…read moreremember her name but...the lady who was scheduling my appointment over the phone was extremely rude. I didn't appreciate her tone of voice. I had a couple of other questions about the appointment. It was like pulling teeth asking her. Ugh! I called back because I thought of something else. Nobody returned my call. I figured it wouldn't be returned but oh well I tried. These are the reasons why I'm giving this location 4 stars. However... My appointment went better than I thought it would. All of the staff in the front was nice, helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions. I even forgot my doctor's orders at home so I was freaking out! Luckily they already had my orders from my doctor. I was SO relieved! Lol. I freaked out because the lady on the phone said I had to have them or else they couldn't help me. The staff that was helping me with the procedure were super nice and helpful. The best staff member was Keith. His instructions were clear and to the point. He was really patient and kind. He also had great bedside manners. I have one more appointment at another location. Their staff has been kind over the phone. I hope I have the same experience in person. I would come back to this location if I had to.

FRAUDULENT CODING. They incorrectly coded a fully covered procedure in order to get my $$…read more I'd been using the assured imaging mobile van for a few years for my annual mammogram and always had a good experience. They stopped doing the mobile van here because a permanent local office opened up. I visited the assured imaging local office in 2022 for my routine annual preventative mammogram. My insurance covers this procedure at 100%, HOWEVER, they incorrectly coded this procedure so that I would have to pay. After DOZENS of calls and tons of time with my insurance and the assured imaging people, Briana at assured imaging finally acknowledged the mistaken (after my insurance person contacted her) and told me they would close my account. I thought the matter had been resolved, but I was nervous because she refused to give me a confirmation or reference number or anything in writing. I was told I would receive confirmation in the mail but never did. Then, in JANUARY 2024 (so, 2 years after the service and alleged "closing" of my erroneous bill) they turned the account over to collections. When I contacted assured imaging once again, I was told the exact same thing: they acknowledged the incorrect coding and told me they would send a letter confirming that they closed my account. That never happened, and I finally just paid the collections agency... for a fake charge for a service I never received.

When I arrived, my blood pressure was 168/100 due to nerves. Crystal's incredible knowledge, expertise, and calming presence were so effective that she managed to bring my blood pressure down to a healthy 130/80 before the procedure. Her ability to comfort a nervous patient is unmatched, and I have already requested that my next surgery be at the Joe Battle location just so I can work with her again--it is well worth the extra drive. Definitely Crystal does need a pay raise or some type of monetary recognition. I also want to commend Jasmine for her patience and skill. She handled the sedation of my leg perfectly, and her professional demeanor really put me at ease. Medical assistants are continuously joking around during treatments. One staff member may ask a…read moreserious question just to get a rude or a response with an answer that has nothing to do with what was asked and they think this is funny. Made me feel nervous and not confident about the treatment they are giving when this is going on in front of you. It just shows the lack of respect for the patient and there health. Not to mention complete conversations about non work related topics while waiting for the doctor to come in before your procedure, just completely ignoring you or as if you were not even there. Stay far away from these place. I Saw a mistake occur they lie to the doctor or say it was you to cover their ass and the MA's and PA's cover for each other.
