Today is 12/27/2025. Was calling to schedule am a memogram after first hearing everything on veins than it gave me an option on scheduling. I almost hung up because I thought I was calling a place to just scheduleon veins . TO much info on veins. It's confusing not sure if we the patients are calling the right number. A suggestion just have a single phone number for scheduling. If you want to advertise that you do veins do that separately. I was on the call waiting to schedule an appointment all I heard was veins and than the rest of services you offer. But scheduling never came on. Until it switch me just to tell me that they had no one to speak with me on scheduling a memogram in English. Didnt give me the option in either English or Spanish. Ugh will just go somewhere else. read more

I needed X-Rays done, and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly and professionally everything was done. From the moment I walked in, to the moment when I was escorted out, I was treated with the upmost respect. The technician was friendly and extremely professional. All employees also followed safety procedures and protocols. I was very happy with my visit. read more

NOT professional. It's been ELEVEN days since x-rays and bone scan. Nothing on patient portal. Called last 2 days. Person stated they could email it to me. Patient portal? "I can call IT about that." wth? Still haven't received a thing. Person said I could pick them up in person. What year is this??? read more

Kind employees but very very dirty restroom. Everything was great but the bathroom was very dirty. Urine on the floor.

Came here a couple times, but these last two times really get the cake. They schedule me when I arrived (At the time they asked me to be here)Yet the place was closed, once inside and registered it took me going to the front desk for them to let me know that the person who was going to do my study wasn't there, after a whole hour They couldn't let me know. I wonder how much longer I would have waited if I hadn't asked why other people where going before me. I also noticed the parking right in front is for employees and not for costumers shouldn't it be for us costumers of older age. read more

Got an MRI done at the facility on the west side, staff was accommodating and friendly. That's as far as the good review goes: I made a follow up with my primary care physician (PCP) a week after the MRI to allow ample time for all the logistical things that have to take place between medical professionals and facilities. Once i arrived at my PCP's office i was told they were waiting for Radiology to open so they can obtain my results. An hour into waiting and my PCP notifies me that the radiologist has not reviewed the MRI so he will have to get into the office and read the results then. 2 hours into waiting at my PCP still no results. The radiologist fell short of being "professional" and failed to perform his diligence. I'm sure there are other businesses you can attend. For the amount of money I paid for this MRI. read more

This place is a f'ing joke. They pulled my wife from the room to get a doctor in who show up 30 min after my wife. My wife was already taking off her ear rings when a nurse walked in told the other nurse to wait that a doctor had to be first. So because the guy is a doctor he gets to jump in Front of everyone. My wife had an appointment set at 10 am. She had worked a grave yard shift the morning so she was in with no sleep and she was there for two and half hours for a 10min. procedure. They didn't even ask if it was ok they just asked to sit out side again. Update 12/31- changed to three stars they did call and apologize and offered to make things right. Spoke to the office manager and let them know that the situation was wrong. The offered their apology and hopefully they do fix the situation. Because like I stated it wasn't only my wife but everyone behind my wife that had their appointment pushed back. Thank you for taking your time to call and speaking to me. read more
