This attorney took our car accident claim, we gave all info we had collected to Mr. Downes. He…read moreacted as if he was working on our case until 1mo. before statute of limitations was suppose to run out. He then handed our case over to a entirely different law firm without even any warning. The other firm had to call and tell us. In all it took 4 yrs. to settle a simple car accident. I would never recommend mr downes as an attorney or anything else.
