Previously, I visited this car wash during rush hours when it was extremely busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a tunnel wash. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

So I had to reduce the package to not include the wheel shine which is still reasonable at $15 per month. You'll spend that in two car washes. Car Wash is decent, not the best, and doesn't always get everything off. Most of the time the burners with the heat at the end of the exit, one is usually out if not both, but today they were both on as you can see in the picture! The spinning towel dryer at the end is horrendous, the one on the left will kind of come over and get your mirror and door but the one on the right side I've never seen it reach. Occasionally someone will put on their break or get jammed up in the car wash and you might have to wait 30 seconds to a minute for them to activate it again but that doesn't happen too often. I know a lot of people complain about getting scratches from this car wash, I've never seen it and I'm very meticulous and look over my car. So take those reviewers with a grain of salt. They do offer a pre-brushing area before the entrance for two different vehicles at one time to really get your wheel wells clean or if you need to get some the summer bugs loosened up on the front of your car. Some people complain about the vacuums, every once in a while I'll get one that doesn't work so great but there's one on each side of the car and I've never had both sides not work well. My suggestion is if one isn't working well there's usually plenty of spots open, so don't be lazy and just move your car to another spot. I find the vacuums are very strong and more than adequate. The Garbage cans can be hit or miss whether they have been taken out or not. Overall it's a good place, the kids that work here are always willing to help you if you have any questions, one always runs out to the screen area when you're first entering just in case you might be new or have any questions.

Original review: I had a really concerning experience at Jet Brite and gave them plenty of time to make it right, but they didn't. On January 30th, I went through their car wash when the system malfunctioned and caused my car and three others to repeatedly collide. No employees stopped it until we were honking, and I had to go inside during a snowstorm to find someone. Staff seemed completely unaware of what had just happened. We filled out incident reports and were told someone would follow up. After multiple conversations with customer care and their operations director, they denied responsibility and blamed the first car in line for "getting off neutral too early." Regardless, their system should be designed to stop in a situation like that--not allow multiple vehicles to crash into each other. A manager even contacted me to request a repair estimate, which I sent, but then never responded. Follow-ups were ignored. Overall, very disappointing experience--not just the malfunction, but how it was handled afterward. I would not trust them with my vehicle. Including photos of the damage that night as well as what it looks like now after more paint chipping.
