Immediately I called them, being there only once before and begged to have them fix it. After hearing what happened the women squeezed us in within 30 minutes. We got there and they had every single hairdresser come over and give tips and help. They were so nice so helpful. They fixed it the best as they could, somehow got the haircut we originally wanted and let us make another appointment in a month to make it better. They had us in within half an hour with a full schedule that day, absolutely fixed his hair AND THEY DID THIS ALL FOR FREE! Those women are miracle workers.
