I had wind damage to my roof and had to contact allstate corporate because this office couldn't handle the claim, and then after that I had to talk to someone from India about my claim, not even in my own country, and they decided if I needed the claim approved or not. You pay all this money to have to fight someone across the world to get damage on your house repaired and they don't even cover the cost. Then I tried to cancel my policy and they have me jump through hoops to cancel when you don't have to do that with progressive or other insurances. I'll make sure I let friends and family know about this local agency who has done nothing to help a customer out
