My family and I are new to the area and they made time for my son same day so I didn't have to go to RVC. The nurse was kind, and checkin was easy as well. The doctor came pretty quickly as well. Dr. Andy had great bed side manors and most of all was kind. He made my 2 year old feel very comfortable, along with his sister. We look forward to continuing to come here! read more

We love the staff . My son has seen Dr Bob, Dr Andy and Dr Debbie and loves them all. The doctors are very attentive and never seem to "hurry" thru an exam. They are available to answer all my questions. They do not push anti biotics when my son is sick which I truly appreciate. The office is clean and they have a wonderful system in place for this pandemic . The front desk staff are kind and helpful. Looking at some of the other reviews had me nervous until I realized that it was for the office down the street (Dr Jassey's office). We've been coming here for the past few years. I left today disappointed as usual. Dr. Jonathan Jassey always talks to my wife and never gives any eye contact to me as the father. This happens every time we visit as a family for any milestone checkup. I feel as if his direct conversation with my wife based on no eye contact with me as the father, forces me to not be a part of the discussion and that my primary role in the room is to either take my children on a walk or keep them occupied while they have their conversation. This comes back to their overall customer service. When you walk in and the plexiglass divides the staff with the patients, the women behind the desk hardly ever engage or smile with you, and they never seem to remember you by face. It's disappointing and I'll continue to have my kids go there but the reality is that this shouldn't be the practice. read more

I'm going to begin by saying that I love the pediatrician I have been taking my kids to for many years. Unfortunately, trying to make an appointment with this office is absolutely horrendous. When you call you get a phone tree, which is standard practice nowadays. However, when you press the key to make an appointment, it rings off the hook until you get an automated message that staff is busy and to call back later with no option to even hold. Well, I've been calling for days without being able to get through. I'm so upset that my pediatrician decided to join this practice. If my kids were younger, I'd probably consider finding another doctor at another office. read more

What a horrible office.You speak to staff and specifically an office manager 3 different times for high blood pressure medication,And three times Irs not sent into the pharmacy and then on fourth time finally sent in and sent to wrong pharmacy.I never saw an office that doesn't value their patients time like this office,I would hate for their to be a real emergency to have to really depend on them.Find a different office to go to.Doctors are good but most of the staff is just beyond horrible! read more

This office has went downhill over the years. Sometimes they forget your in the waiting room, have u waiting almost 2 hours! Misdiagnosed both my kids numerous times, I guess its cause the rush you out. Have to keep bringing your child back over and over again for them to actually listen to you and test them to see what's wrong. The only good doctor there is Ryan Buckley. But hes only in certain days. I had to switch to another office. Been giving them to many chances over the years. Dont bring your kid here If you care about their health. read more

I picked this office for my newborn daughter and on the first day of her visit after the hospital it was chaos. The office had new systems put in and it took me 35 mins to get my 3 day old baby into a room. This pediatrics states they make early appts for newborns to avoid exposure and safety of a newborn yet i had to wait 35 mins with other patients there. So my baby was exposed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was day one of being on a new system. Then for the weight check it was a similar issue. That day someone walked in and said they have been calling for 3 days and no one picks up and their child is sick. The office said their phones have been messed up. We are now a month later. For 2 weeks ive been trying to call the office to inquire about a few things im noticing in my newborn and no one picks up. Last week it rang and rang for 10 mins and then i hung up and now i press every number option and get either everyone is busy and hangs up. What am I supposed to do! read more

Two stars because of the service they used to offer, but that second star is falling fast. There has been a noticeable decline in the quality of service here over the past several months, the kind of thing you typically see as corporate owners focus on customers and the bottom line and not patients. You see physician's assistants doing more and more and can feel the doctors, when they do see you, are rushed. Even trying to make an appointment puts you to voicemail, and forget about trying to get a return call. I recently had to pick up some forms and witnessed one receptionist who actually helped people while a couple other young women spent their time chatting and looking smug and ironic. read more

We love them. Very friendly. I've never waited more than 10 minutes and the check in process is very progressive and quick. They're office is beautiful and each exam room has a kid-friendly theme that my kids love. The staff is creative when having to do immunizations. Both of my girls love going. The only reason I don't give 5 stars, is because they forget to change the "we're closed" message in the morning. So if you're trying to contact them at 8 am when they say they open, it ain't gonna happen. You have to wait a while before someone switches it over. Not sure what that's about....... read more

I love this place and have seen a drastic improvement over the last year. I can't say enough good things about both Jassey doctors. I work in healthcare and I can honestly say that Dr. Lewis Jassey is the best practitioner I've ever come across. He's an excellent physician but he also goes the extra mile with his bed side manners and empathy. Jonathan is also wonderful, thorough and really takes his time at every check up. I've been bringing my children here for 5 months and I've always had pleasant experiences. Dr. Clare is attentive and informative and I couldn't imagine taking my children to another doctor. But, it's not easy making it past the front desk. Unlike the other receptionists, Taylor is very rude and disrespectful. Kind of hard taking your children to a doctors office and be met with disrespect and contention. I would lay out the details but I don't want to work myself up. I have been bringing my children to this practice for 8 years. I have recommended this practice to family and friends. That will stop. Ever since the corporate take over this practice has taken a nose dive. For a child to have to wait literally 2+ months for a well appointment is ridiculous. Also, there is no consideration for the fact that parents have to work. If you need an evening appointment you can just forget about it. When I asked for a suggestion on how to get school forms filled out before October I was met with dead silence. Guess I have to find a new pediatrician. I went to the doctor because there was some pain. I was seen by a PA and felt rushed and you could see that they do not care about the patient. The worst part is that they charge ridiculous rates that I have to take care. When I called, I asked what will be my payment. All I was told was a copay. Dr. Jonathan Jassey is great and takes his time every time he is with us. We trust him and his opinion completely. He has recommended several referrals that have worked out well for us too. Only 4 stars because of the phone service. Getting someone on the phone is a chore. We've had people answer who are beyond nice and helpful but we've also had rude people take our calls. Calling when a kid is sick is hard enough. That said, they have late hours and usually work you in but not with you're regular doctor. In those instances you usually see a PA or Doctor that sees you rather quickly. If we can't make an appointment with Dr. Jonathan Jassey we hold our breath sometimes. One star is for dr. Michelle being so friendly. Wait, nevermind she isnt a doctor either. Overall this office is a waste of time to go to. You rarely see a doctor just PAs. They rush you out of the office visit each time. They have misdiagnosed my 5 month old 3 times now and act like nothing is a big deal. Croup? Whats croup no big deal just a name of a cough there. Whats a sinus infection there? They stated my daughter was teething. It's disgusting how they treat patients even when you call. As a new parent, out of all people they should be understanding being late with a 1 month old. Nope! Not there, they give you a nasty attitude and say your 15 minutes late you have to reschedule snd thats there policy. Dont you think you should notifg people of this policy before reinforcing it? Nope, just the opposite, they give you a nasty attitude and say rude comments like well you could have called. As a new parent, your in pain after birth and trying to get a newborn out of the house is very difficult. Oh let me tell you the time when my daughter was 3 months had a fever over 102. I call the office, no one picked up the phone in the middle of the day. I waited 10 minutes (to be exact) for someone with an attitude who could care less, to say come in the office in 4 hours.
