I'm prepared all documents needed to get my application Daniel also explained every single page of the application which was nice. I ended up behind the building where the advisor was and confronted by a man named "Dan" who rudely asked "WHY ARE YOU HERE!?!?!" and why my Uber was on his "soil" I kindly responded that I was here to meet with an advisor, to which he responded "WELL THE BUILDING IS RIGHT THERE!". I told him he did not have to speak to me in that manner and he told me "with an attitude like that maybe you shouldn't come here, you should leave". I am an African-American Women so I'm pretty sure he assumed I had an attitude based off my race and painting me out to be "The angry black woman". After I spoke with the advisor, I explained to him what happened and he told me "Dan told me what happened, it was just miscommunication". I then spoke to the chief who seemed VERY Nonchalant about the situation and seemed to not care or believe me. I will not be coming here, I did not feel welcomed and I felt discriminated against.

However, I tried to reach out on several occasions regarding the wording on my certificate. My employer requested that either a letter or a revised certificate be provided. I understand that this may be asking a lot, and may not be possible. Regardless, a return call, email, and/or text would have been very helpful. Apparently, they do not respond to those who are not affiliated with their programs. At least I am hoping that is why I never heard back. Now, the money i spent on that course is now wasted, because they didn't help me with 1 word. I will not be using their services in the future, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others.

I was advised to take the Wonderlic and HESI tests to apply for the dental hygiene program, then immediately charged $100 once I passed, just for the application. They also insisted I pay $10 to have my transcripts sent through their system. When I mentioned I had most of the required pre-requisite courses because I already have a bachelor's degree, Aileen never told me that credits older than five years wouldn't count. This didn't make sense to me, especially since I hold a college degree. As a result, I would have to pay $80,000 for the entire dental hygiene program--money that I could've saved had I been given the right information upfront. The whole process felt disorganized, and I spent so much time studying for the HESI test unnecessarily. After I realized the program was going to cost so much more than expected, I requested a refund for the $100 application fee. Aileen ignored my calls and emails, but when she wanted my money, she was always quick to respond. I eventually had to track down someone else to get my refund. This school cares more about collecting fees than actually supporting students. I would strongly advise staying away from this place. There are much better, more transparent options out there.
