As a Behavioral Technician if you don't learn at their pace in a week and a half then they fire. I've had longer training on a computer position that's crazy. My son has cerebral palsy who better to relate to kids with special needs then an adult living it. If they don't have enough patience to work with someone who is willing, excited, patient and eager to learn what type of patience are they giving your children when you are not there to supervise them with non verbal children who cannot tell you what is happening to them.

HR makes an effort to ensure you don't get the quarterly bonus (which isn't worth jack after taxes are accounted for). HR also is scummy when it comes to PTO hours. Beware of this company, they do not care about their workers!
