After not hearing back from them for a week, I called them asking when they would get around to it (was told it was assigned to a tech but not gotten to yet) I could tell by their response they had to get onto tech to get to it. Then they called me the following Monday saying it was done. When I brought it home it was trashed, filled with dirt and the head was super dirty. Picture and audio were x10 worse. Came back in asking what they were willing to do to make it right, and they just kept saying bring it back. I dont trust them with my property again. They charged me 150 dollars to trash my property and make it worse. Take your business elsewhere.
