Project Home will take your questions, appear at your place or you come to them and they'll walk through a proper assessment of how to improve your place. Lower your heating bills. Lower your cooling bill. Fix the crack rubber sealant on the fridge door that you didn't think was a big deal but it is as it allows coolness to escape and doesn't properly keep your food. They also work on energy saving lights/appliances and all things to make your place more efficient. They will come to condo's and apartments. But for the apartments - you have to get the management to sign off on it and they'll visit all the apartments in the complex. Took weeks at a time to call me back. Randomly would cancel appointments without letting me know. Showed up hours late. Broke lightbulbs in my bathroom and left the glass all over the place. Left loose insulation all over my closets. Called and complained about the lightbulbs and they offered to come by *the next day* to clean up the glass, because apparently people just leave glass all over their bathroom sink and floor for a whole day like it's no thing. Called about the insulation all over and still have yet to receive a response about getting it cleaned up. read more
