What I said we had this appointment for 7 weeks now and my wife called before we left for our 1 hour drive to this hospital... The gal got up and walked away!!!! Terrible expierience... My visit on October 28Th was painful. The "nurse" or whoever she was that was checking me in could…read morenot get blood from my right arm. Trying my left and then down to the top of my left hand, the needle she inserted caused the worst pain I have ever experianced in a blood draw. I think she hit a nerve in the right arm as it has hurt for 4 days now. An older lady came in, no problem getting blood the first time out of my right arm... maybe somebody needs more training. They did confirm my thoughts that I had a kidney stone thru a CT, but had no staff to take care of this issue. They told me I would need to go to Toledo to seek help on this matter. Then again May of 23 I was in the ER for over 10 hours waiting to be transported to Toledo Hospital, because again they had no one on staff to deal with my issue. I don't understand the lack of staffing.

Beware! Apparently a busy work schedule causing a missed followup appointment is considered child…read moreneglect. Instead of discussing this with me, the ER doctor here called child services. I will never set foot in this facility again. Stay away!
