Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.

Not what I would have expected for the price. Maybe I should have sprung for the up charged service, but it had the services I needed in the standard.
