The online order pickup process was incredibly organized and smooth with their self-serve setup, and I'm so excited to dive into my next craft project today. What really stood out was the staff. I crossed paths with an employee in the aisle who was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. When I was leaving, that same gentleman made it a point to say goodbye, which was such a warm, personal touch. The only downside for me is the shift toward so many self-checkout kiosks. I personally prefer interacting with a real person and supporting local jobs rather than using automated machines, so I definitely encourage other shoppers to head to a real cashier lane if they can!
