I do not recommend. The nail tech ignored my request NOT to cut my cuticles and kept cutting after I said stop numerous times. She also never buffed/smoothed my nails after "removing" my previous gel manicure -- leaving lumps of old polish underneath! Don't waste your $! read more

I read some mixed reviews but im a girl that likes to see things for myself. How bad could it be? Its a little pricy but worth it. I came in was seen right away. The place is super clean and looks like a nail shop palace. They are friendly and attentive. It smelled amazing in there a mixture of all kinds of beautiful scents. I saw Jenny she showed a lot of attention to detail. Took her time, was conversational and really nice. The gel manicure was more than id like to pay for it 30$. But the care you get there is worth it. They offered me a drink when I sat down and kept checking in on my comfort. Pedi: awe man i got the spa pedicure for 45$ well, well worth it. They have a selection of scrubs to chose from and its like an hour process so they def take their time. Good massages all the way through. They clean, scrub, dip your feet in wax, add warm towels, and some more jazz. It was amazing.best part is they put these bags into the foot bath, new to each customer. This prevents getting foot fungus and all that other crap you worry about while getting pedicures. read more

Please don't get your eyebrows waxed here ! I've been getting my eyebrows done for many years and yes not all the time do they come out perfect but wow this is absolutely the worst eyebrow waxing I ever received not even exaggerating the slightest they really are the worst !! I had long thick eyebrows and now they looks so thin and short. My eyebrows don't match each other at all not even remotely. My right eyebrow is definitely the worst out of the two. She basically waxed most of my eyebrow off and left a super thin line. I'm so embarrassed to go out in public I feel so self conscious now. If it wasn't that bad which it is ! I wouldn't bother writing a review but I am now bc I never had someone do such a horrendous job. The person that did my eyebrows shouldn't be allowed to do eyebrows and maybe even take a course before waxing on clients faces. read more

I tried this salon because my regular place was busy and I was going out of town, I thought the price point was fine and didn't anticipate and issues. The salon is extravagantly decorated and they really go a long way to offer extras, like beverages and paraffin treatments. Unfortunately the primary service is lacking. My mani pedi took two hours! The polish on my toes looks sloppy and one nail is poorly shaped. The gel polish on my fingers is streaky and uneven, and the manicurist clipped my cuticle. I don't like to complain but I would warn people against being impressed by the decor, because the quality of the work is less than satisfactory. read more

I have pink & white on my nails and love gel polish with designs on my toes. I had received pretty good verbal reviews from others I know so I took a chance and tried it out. I called to make an appt since I know that not everyone knows how to do pink & white. Got in the same day. Kim did a super job on my nails and toes. Not good. I can't speak for nails but whatever you do don't get waxed here. I came in on a whim after leaving the TJmaxx next door. I needed an eyebrow wax. I was quickly taken to the back for my waxing. Place was clean I guess, furniture was a little gaudy but I would not have cared if the wax was great! She didn't ask me what I liked/wanted/proffered my brows to look like. I explained what I wanted " leave them long not to thin" she looked at me like I was a jerk....then the wax. Quickly cleaned my brows and waxed. The wax was to hot, she pushed very hard on my head when pulling the strips off and she pulled them off with a FORCE! thought it couldn't get worse? I came in on Monday for a full set and 3 nails ripped off within 2 days. My natural nails were all ripped on the sides from not filing my nail w the acrylic. She applied acrylic powder without removal of any cuticle/skin. The top coat and/or polish was old and took 3 + hours to dry and was immediately looking like I needed a whole new set. I only have 2 acrylics left on one of my hands and the other are all peeling and popping. My acrylic set was intact for no more than 36 hours. There are also signs everywhere that a heated massage thing for your neck comes with all services and you have to tell your nail tech if you do not want these services. I was rushed when another client came in. Overall a complete waste of money and I feel completely taken advantage of. read more

I had a great experience today I had a pedicure done. The environment was so clean and I felt very safe. They kept everyone 6 feet apart even me and my friend which I completely understand. She was very detailed with my pedicure and did such a great job. Everyone was so friendly as well. read more

I went on 7/8/2020 and got a full set with gel. My nails are different shapes. I asked for square and some of the nails are more rounded than the others. Not to mention ONLY TWO DAYS after I got my nails done 2 nails fell off I had to get nail glue from CVS to glue them back on. Then a day later another one fell of that I had to glue back on. I spent 130 total ( with tip) for my full set and feet to be done, to have 3 nails fall off on me not even a week in. I would never recommend anyone to get their full set done here!! read more

I've been here a few times before and had no complaints... however I haven't been in awhile and my most recent trip was a terrible experience. First off, I had an appointment booked for 1pm and I had called hours in advance. I didn't sit down to get my nails done until 1:40. A little annoyed at this point, but whatever. My nail tech (I believe her name was Lisa) was very cold with me. I showed her the color swatch of the gel I wanted and she told me to go and find it on the numerous racks and was annoyed when I couldn't find it quickly. Didn't know it was my job to know where the colors are located! She goes on to do my nails (which turned out fine, I have no complaints on her work), however she didn't ask what shape I liked my nails to be filed into and frequently looked at a takeout menu. She seemed rushed and distracted, and forgot to put the heart stickers on my nails like I had asked. When she was done she remembered I had asked for hearts and offered me very ugly and tacky looking sticker options.... no thanks. Disappointed to say the least and sadly I don't think I'll be returning to Pro Nails. Hopefully they go back to how they used to run things. read more

Let me begin by saying they did an awesome job with the makeover from a Radio Shack to a nail place. Looks great and relaxing. Everyone's pedicure material comes to the chair on a tray with an orchid on it. The towels are rolled and tied with a ribbon. They offer you a beverage. All that is nice, I think lots of frills, which are not necessary, although cant complain about the beverage but even with a bubbler I would have been happy. My review of the place takes a turn when it comes to the nails. My regular pedicure took over an hour. Normally I would have been in heaven but the massage was horrible, the work done on my nails even worse. I now have hang nails on my toes. My messed up cuticles have nail polish on them, which is a pet peeve for me. I could have done the same mess and not paid the $$. Next my gel manicure, is not that great either as I also have nail polish on my cuticles. But worse is that I have hang nails and my nail beds are hurting me because she was so rough. I actually bled twice. The whole process took 2 hours, I was even scheduled for a eye brow wax but after I saw my toes I cancelled it on the spot. If you can provide me the service for my nails, ill take the frills if you have them, but if you cant take care of my nails, leave the frills and learn your job. Needless to say, I will not be back. I will stick with the local place that I have been going to for years. Its funny that the reviews on Google of this place, one is from the owner who is in and out, and the other an employee. read more

If I want hands that don't look like I just got off the farm wrestling barbed wire, I have to have acrylic on my nails. Because of this I tend to try out tons of nail salons and never seem to find one that I like consistently. This is the one exception. I tried Pro Nails several months ago and have never been tempted to try any other place. Two sisters own this salon, Mimi is the one I usually see. She makes my nails look natural - nice and thin, not clumped up with acrylic. The usually have the Food Channel on tv (I can stand watching Cupcake Wars while I chat with Mimi). The prices are great; $13 for a fill, $30 for a full set. They have a fantastic pedicure lady too. The equipment in the salon is always in good order and it's clean - not a lot of dusty tchotchkes around. They treat their customers like friends, you aren't just a number here. It was probably the best pedicure I've ever gotten - and the massage chair has to be top of the line. I want one for my house! A couple of months ago, my review would have been four to five stars - unfortunately last week my niece and I had four appointments - pedicure followed by dip manicure each. Seated immediately for our pedicure - my niece's service commenced immediately - I soaked for 20 minutes while the technician assigned to me finished a previous client - remember here - we had appointments. Finished up both pedicures - moved onto the manicure where we both sat for another 20 minutes with the acetone on - a walk-in arrived complaining about her gel manicure to my technician - I was moved off to the side while she was waited on. Keep in mind now - my niece was still waiting for her technician to complete a pedicure for a person who arrived after us. The walk-in had her gel removed; my niece and I were both still waiting. When I saw that the walk-in was going to have her gels replaced while I waited, I spoke up and said this was unacceptable and asked how much longer our wait would be. Another technician stepped in and finished her manicure. The technician working on me begrudgingly finished my manicure asking the walk-in if she could wait! Two hours and 20 minutes later we left. And to make matters worse - the pedicures were horrible and I had to visit another salon in Lexington to fix my dip manicure. Rude and unappreciative of your business - and their services are just not what they used be. Very disappointing. I would NOT recommend this salon. read more

I started going here because it was close to my office. I've had about 4 gel manicures and regular pedicures over the last few months. I was never blown away by any of the nail technicians work nor the customer service but kept on going out of connivence. Today as I sat down to get my pedicure a technician that I never had before started on my toes as she made small talk. She proceeded to asked me if I was pregnant. I had to ask her to repeat herself twice because I'm clearly not pregnant, I had my last son a year ago. I could not believe another woman would have such a lack of common decency that she would ask another woman that. She just kept digging herself a hole after that and made another comment that I still had a tummy. I was so mortified about the entire experience that I didn't even to look at my toes till I got home... she gave me the sloppiest pedicure that I will have to get redone. Thanks ProNails for ruining my afternoon and please share this with all of your employees so they understand when it socially acceptable to ask a woman if she is expecting a baby. I have visited this salon. I can be honest one time I went in and was not happy with my gel manicure. The technician was trying to hurry through it. All the other times I have made an appointment with Kari and my service has been excellent. She really takes the time with her customers. I have seen others take there time as well. I just wish I didn't have to start negative but they should tell all their employees to take their time. In a salon I believe customer satisfaction is more important than the number of clients you do in a day. read more

Don't go to this place after what I have encountered. Spoke to the owners wife about money was lost, and I get hundred different stories. How is the manager and receptionist gonna lie to me. Please look at you cameras then I get oh I can't see who dropped it. I have called this place several times to make an appt. and at first told that the time I requested is available and then told no it not. The woman (Christina) who answers the phone seems to is so disorganized and then argues with you no apology. I left my name and number to Kim the owner/manager to call me and have not received a call back very poor customer service. My manicure and pedicure took 3 hours. I have never been to a salon where they used a cheese grater contraption on my feet - and against my better judgement I let them.
