I love this office. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Stroschein is very good at her job and always makes sure I am comfortable and never in any pain. They are always up to date with new technology which really goes along with what helps keep my dental care healthy and clean. There's a huge problem at this office! Avoid! When I showed up for my 6 month checkup (to a locked door, by the way), they told me my appt was two hours later. Obviously a mix-up somewhere, but I sit at my computer with the calendar open when making appointments, and always verbally confirm. Regardless, they had the time two hours later. I had a meeting at that two hour mark, so we had a problem. They said I could wait 20 minutes for another hygienist to finish, and so I waited a half hour. At that point, I asked if we could just reschedule. Sure, no problem, they do it. WELL ... then I get a bill for $45 for a MISSED APPT! Tried talking to both the office staff and the dentist, but nope, they won't budge -- even though the appt was rescheduled in person 1.5 hours BEFORE the time they had on their books. Ridiculous! No working with patients, just shut up and give us the money!!! And that's not all ... my husband gets OraCare from them, and half the time when he goes to get it their office is closed up! Sometimes for a week at a time! That's not dentistry, that's a hobby. If you want a real dentist, move on. These are not your people. read more

Very disappointed with Pronghorn. Went in for a regular cleaning and check up for my children. My child is going to future orthodontic care and my wife was told they needed to take a special image to be referred to an orthodontist. We received a $300 bill for the special imaging. We recently went to the orthodontist we were referred to, not only did they not receive the image but we were told they didn't need the image. When we called back into the office to dispute the charge, not only did it take nearly a week to return my call but the office's story continued to change as the conversation went on. It went from the images were taken for the orthodontist to they were taken for an oral surgeon and back to the orthodontist who never even received the images. If you want to pay for expensive useless tests, this is the office for you! read more

I had serious problems with the office staff, they have a very difficult time with truth and honesty. Our issue was also with unneeded imaging, (as mentioned below in another review). The office staff will lie, and when they get caught they will create an even bigger grander lie to try and cover the last lie. I had asked to speak with a decision maker (Was told the had nobody who can make decisions in their office), and my issues were not important to them . I actually got yelled at by the office lady. I finally was able to work around them and speak with the owner. She was very professional, and my issue was resolved in minutes, but it took many days and many hours of my time to work around them. If you want unneeded and expensive tests and massive lies, this is the place for you. read more

DO NOT trust Pronghorn Dentistry with you well being! They care nothing about your health. I had an impacted tooth and had to wait 2 weeks to see them. After two weeks of misery I arrived at their office only to be told that they would not see me because I was late paying a bill for one of my children over 13 years ago (which had been paid off long ago). They knew full well that it would take at least 2 more weeks for me to be able to get in to see another dentist and didn't care that I had already been to the emergency room because my jaw was the size of a softball. The Hippocratic Oath was wasted on these doctors. read more
