I found KWT to be highly unresponsive, and had to chase them a few times before they got back to me telling me they'd reprint the invites. When my partner went to pick up the reprints, it was clear that they had not actually read my complaint. Indeed, she told me that she felt "they just didn't want to deal with me". When my partner pointed out that the yellow marks were present on the reprints, she encountered an arrogant, hands-off attitude, with the staff members reluctant to take any responsibility. Though I'm sure that KWT are competent, their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired.
