I found Pronto Builders on mybuilder.com (actually they found me and my project). I had just purchased a small flat which I intended to use as a rental property. I needed a complete refurbishment, because, honestly, the flat was left in a c****y condition by the previous owners/tenants. What they did for me was painting of the bedroom and living room, flooring of the living room, kitchen and bathroom fit, as well as numerous small jobs around the place (touching up a wallpaper in the hallway and regrouting some tiles in the bathroom). All in all, the quality of the job was satisfactory and the price very reasonable. The reason I don't rate them 5 stars is because I was a bit worried when mybuilder.com contacted me by e-mail advising me to consider using some other building company, as Pronto builders were suspended from their website, following a serious complaint from a customer. In the end, however, save for a couple of days of delay, everything was finished as promised. So, if you have any small refurbishment needs, I can recommend these guys fully. read more

I needed some work done in my kitchen so I started looking around for a company to do the work - both me and my husband have no idea about this sort of stuff. I found Pronto builders online - they offered a person to make a free assessment without any obligations. The guy they sent to do the quote was excellent and really impressed me with his helpful advice and guidance- not all building companies have been like this and it counts. The quote was surprisingly low and we decided to try it out, after all we had a tight budget and the other companies' quotes were a bit higher. Pronto builders did an amazing job - the guys were professional, hard working and did the job in a week. What impressed me the most was that they cleaned after themselves each day and I could use my kitchen with only minor inconvenience. I contacted these guys because I needed some work done in my bathroom (replace the tiling and the shower). It started a bit slow as I was waiting for the quotation around a week but boy did they deliver ! They found me the materials needed a lot cheaper than I expected and did a brilliant job on the bath. They recently did a bathroom fitting and tiling job for me and it was perfect. If I had the skills to do it myself, the results would be the same and that's a lot to say. These guys put a lot of attention to detail. My only complaint would be they were a little slow with the tiling, but I am willing to attribute this to their focus on quality. read more
