Not at all, the calls are insane. I've never heard of Insurance companies calling so much. I'll call when I have payment ! Especially when I tell you guys I'll call you and you keep calling . Annoying annoying annoying!!! read more

I'm an online kind of guy, if I can get something from a website over in-person, I will almost always choose website, so naturally I went to Web companies for my insurance needs. However, I switched to State Farm in recent months through this agency, and I'm glad that I did. I originally was directed here when shopping for renter's insurance, online oddly enough, and I stopped by the office to sign the papers. While there, I was told I could save if I bundled with car insurance, but I thought I had a really good thing going with Esurance, so I didn't think they could get me a better deal. Surprisingly enough, they saved me about 30% while actually improving my level of coverage, I got an actual Discount Double Check!!! All in all, my monthly bill at State Farm for better car insurance and renter's insurance combined is $2 less than what I used to pay for car insurance alone. Great deal aside, when a dummy rear-ended me because she was probably texting, they helped take me through the claims process with her insurance company, who were incredibly difficult and cheap. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing if they can improve your insurance sitch (that's short for 'situation').

Since we are serviced by our local State Farm, I reached out to Christian last year to get a quote. The quote was competitive, but we went with a underwriter through Geico to save a little bit of $. What a mistake!! To renew the policy this year, the cost was almost double!! Christian was so kind to take my call when I reached out one year later, reply quickly with an updated rate that was not too much different from our quote last year. I was able to get a quote, have options on costs/coverage, finalize my selection, make payment and be covered all done within the same day!! THANK YOU, Christian & your team @ Rick's office. I went in to process my international driving permit this morning. This is the only AAA location…read morein El Paso according to Yelp listing, and the next one over is in Las Cruces. There was no line when I entered the office, and I was in and out of the place in less than five minutes. It was amazingly smooth. I was greeted by a nice lady, and I gave her all of my necessary items to process for a permit, i.e. application already filled out and signed, two copies of passport photos with signature on the back, my current Texas driver license and $20.00 processing fee. I think she only asked me one question as to where I was going. Then she got an International Driving Permit booklet and started to fill it out, affixed my passport photo and stamped around it. She asked me to sign the booklet, and gave me a receipt for my payment. That's all. It was too easy. She told me it was good for one year from the date of issue (it is the same date I arrive in the country of my destination). Very good service! It was fast. Thanks, AAA!

I called at 6 PM and someone finally answered only to tell me that triple A of TX will only insure my home if I have a vehicle insured with them. Well, what if I don't drive or own a car. Not to mention the fact that I called before o bought the home to get a quote. No one ever told me I needed to insure a vehicle in order to get home insurance. Sir, may I suggest if your job is in sales you don't take a condescending attitude with potential customers.
