My husband had to call before his renewal to see if he qualified for a lower premium and the agent said she wouldn't know that he could check when he received his renewal in the mail. Needless to say my husband found another company and when he called to cancel his policy, the agent did not bother trying to see if there was anything they could do to save him from canceling she simply asked him to sign a form.
