When they closed that office and consolidated in the West Ave location I stayed because of the staff. She was good and very friendly but not like the staff at West Ave. We have so many vehicles and drivers in my family I get confused, not so for Joe, Dora, Joey, and Francis. They always know exactly what I need and make sure I'm taken care of. They have always been friendly and gone out of their way to accomodate my needs no matter how long it takes. They shop for us and make sure we're getting the best rate available. I've seen Dora multi-task with effeciency and a smile for all, pretty amazing if you ask me.
