Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. I had a problem with the pump and they were easy to get in touch with and fixed it in no time. They are easy to communicate with and are quick with responses. They truly go above and beyond. We talked about error codes that I was seeing, sent him pictures he requested, and I ordered a part that he recommended I replace. He ultimately said that I needed to probably replace the whole unit, which I 100% agree with based on the life of the pool heater. He sends his guy out who took $524 for looking at my tub for a total of no more than 15 minutes, tells me I need a heater, when I signed his so called contract piece of paper there was no prices written on it, there was nothing, he wanted a signature to give him the right to look at it, so I signed, when he finished looking at it he then asked me for the $524, he told me this amount would be taken from the next bill when it was fixed, I even asked if it was going to be anywhere near $500 again. Well he was right, it wasn't, his guy wanted $832 TO FIX IT. All in he wanted $1.355.00. I told his guy not to go near my tub. The very next day I had another company come out and fix it, NEW HEATER, Fixed it in under and hour, Total for the whole job, $197.37 I have tried now on numerous occasions to get hold of the so called nice guy Al, won't lift the phone and nowhere to be seen, he has $524 of my monies for doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely avoid these guys, a pure SCAM.
