I'd had enough with my old agent's pushy/slime-y salesmanship and we had built a quick and comfortable rapport with Beth/Steph. In my experience, you don't often see that with realtors. You often get the hard sell, desperation mode style of pitching a deal. That hard sell and aggressive tactics tells me as a customer that they don't really care about the client, they just care about their commission. He's also very reasonable on fees. He represented me in two lease deals. I found the process to be easy and he helped shape the tenant paperwork and get us into a place quickly (a big help when we had young kids!). He also worked on negotiations to save us hundreds of dollars a month. He's a stand up guy and he really gets to know what is important for clients. He also represented us on the sell side of a condo in the city during a challenging real estate market. He got the darn thing sold at a good price and faster than we expected.
