The man has a background as a former home inspector and construction worker, therefore he will notice issues that most home buyers and other realtors would miss. He spent a lot of time explaining the inspection report, the contract, and other confusing documentation. Because we know how real estate documentation is such an engaging read. He goes the extra mile for his clients. For example, he came to my home to meet with the repairman regarding suggested fixes from the home inspection. We're talking about a 2 hour or so drive through the Dallas Fort Worth area! He provides maps with additional information regarding easements, and other details that you won't see on Google maps (sorry Google). In addition to going out of his way for the client, he covers a pretty sizable portion of Texas. I don't think you are going to get any better than this.
