This property management is horrible! They only care about their own income and belittle tenants. The website is a complete lie. They never have any preventative maintenance, and are very negligent. My sliding door has holes everywhere and is no longer accessible. The "manager" said I could leave, but they won't be fixing it anytime soon. Now, the bugs are taking over! I pay and waste energy of electricity due to their greed. Termites have eaten through the wall connecting. It's been reported to the city inspector a year ago now. And that wasn't the first time of reporting, however the account "lost" all my records indicating these problems. They raised my rent 25% without fixing anything. Horrible greedy and over priced SHACKS! If you want to live in filth and disrespect come to PropertySure! They out sourced the rental properties to people out of state, and will never allow you to know who they are, even as public record. They need to be stopped! They are ripping off 50 Americans!
