I can't begin to say enough about the job that Prorise did on the painting of the exterior of our house. It was a big job that took a crew of three amazing guys almost three weeks to complete. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. I felt as though they cared more about the job than I did. Jason, Bujar, and Soku were an extremely professional crew that over delivered on every aspect of the job. They greeted us every morning with a genuine good morning, they respected our privacy and they left each day with all their equipment cleaned up and tucked into our backyard. The preparation work that they did was amazing. Our house is 14 years old and had never been painted since the original builder's paint job. The Prorise guys repaired every little crack and sealed every window in a manner that made the house better than when it was brand new. Now that I have seen what a good paint job looks like, I will never accept the crappy job that the original builder provided again! I can both see and feel the difference in the quality of the paint. We recently had interior painting done (walls, trims, doors, ceilings) in our 1 bedroom condo by ProRise Painting. We had absolutely the best experience from the beginning to the finish. Prorise Painting came to paint our tenant suite about a month ago, and their service and professionalism were exceptional. We needed the suite painted before our tenant moved in shortly after, and a Prorise professional came in the next day to provide an estimate, and began painting the very next day. They did a meticulous job with patching up chipped walls and removing outlet panels before painting. The staff were punctual, and worked all day in order to have our suite finished by the same day. We interviewed two other painting companies for the job, and Prorise provided the best quote out of all 3 of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a paint job. Even though our painting needs were on a smaller scale, they showed me photos of larger projects they worked on that looked awesome. We immediately felt confident with when the representative from Prorise visited our place for consultation. He was thorough, and gave specific pricing for different paints in various areas (living room, washroom, ceiling). He was very accommodating with all our questions, and even last minute color changes. The crew showed up on time, and we were very satisfied with the prep work (taping, filling-in holes, sanding). Quality of the job was very good. We found couple of deficiencies during the walk-through after the job was done (missed paint patches in corners, some irregular surfaces). A crew of 2 painters resolved the deficiencies the very next day. Price for Prorise is not the lowest among the other quotations that we received, but in terms of quality of work, service, resolving deficiences, and the warranty, we are very satisfied and we're glad that we went with Prorise. read more

Joe was referred to me by Jani, from Simple Moves as the best painter for the North Shore. After Jani took a few photos of my place inside, he shared them with Joe, and also sent my phone number to him. Joe called me the same day and from the get go, I was impressed with the product line he suggest we use for my home in the north shore and also with his care to detail. The end result was good, however a bit of a hiccup getting started. Prorise was recommended to us from another business. The on-line "Contact Us" portal was not working, but once I phoned, things moved along pretty quick. Stuart was very professional and punctual - showed up at EXACTLY the time he said! There was a bit of a weather delay, but we were not in a hurry. Once underway, all was going well until one of the crew fell ill (not Coronavirus!) and this presented a few more days delay, but the job was fully completed (the painting part) in 8 days total (incl. delays). I had my kitchen and bathrooms repainted for my condo in downtown Vancouver a few months ago and they were reliable and provided great quality work at an excellent price. They provided many options and suggestions so that we were able to choose what we wanted easily. All three painters were respectful, courteous and very hard working.
