Jacob Wiseman rebuilt our leaking shower. He is a consummate professional...a reliable, honest, and courteous contractor. I have not had a better experience dealing with a contractor in recent times. Jacob is a perfectionist who is an expert in his field and pays extreme attention to detail. He will do whatever it takes to get the job right. He continually communicates his plans, asks for feedback, and does exactly what he says. He shows up on time and does not leave until he is done. He works very clean and protects your property with covers and mats. when the painters tape he was using to hold down the ram board used to protect our floors damaged the finish on our stairs (poorly finished by the original installer, no fault of his) he coordinated and paid for a professional to refinish them. He uses a vacuum system to collect dust and he cleans thoroughly at the end of each day.
