Others in attendance made other style lamps but the glass dome was the common denominator and you could upgrade before you started if you wanted to. Elisa was our instructor and she was very charming and a fun facilitator. During the workshop we received Turkish tea and a sample of Turkish delight candy. It was a nice touch to round out the day. The entire project comes in a box and you work on the glass globe in class with your pattern, glue and tweezers all included. Prices vary on what project you pick ranges from $50-$150. It's totally worth the value for a 2.5 hr class. Good for any craft skill levels. I would say ok for teenagers and up but not for smaller kids. You have to be careful with your glass globe as well as the very small glass and mirror pieces. I took pictures to show the workshop and some of our progress. We finished gluing the glass patterns on and only need to finish off with the plaster kit at home to complete the globe and assemble our Aladdin's Lamp. A great day with your bestie if you enjoy a craft project like this or interested in a crafting challenge.
