All I can say is fantastic experience and missions accomplished. Thank you! Bottom line: It really is, "Your hometown bank." PS. While lobby hours are a little short (anyone remember "banker hours"), the "Motor Bank" has extended and Saturday hours. Everything was good until I opened a merchant account to accept credit card payments for my business. Chase Bank said they needed more information, go to your local branch office, which I did. Before I left, I asked if that was everything they needed. YES, that is all. Two weeks later, my account is locked. For the next two days my banker worked to find out what they wanted to get my account back. For every question we answered, they later came back with another question. If I had known exactly what they wanted when I first came in, we would not have had this problem. Communication is a problem at Chase Bank.

You must maintain 100 dollars in your account or you are charged a monthly maintenance fee. If you are over in your account for 7 days, they will charge you $34 on top of all your overages or NSF charges you already have. They also have service fees you have to ask the bank about in person. You must have 8 transactions per statement. If not, they will put a hold on your account. Also, once you open it, if you would like to close it, you will be charged a $25 fee within the first 6 months of opening the account. It is an EECU bank and not FDIC. Please research this bank before choosing to go with them. Needless to say, after he opened the account, and I read the ridiculous rules and fees, he has closed it the same day it was opened. I have had friends that have also had this issue! BEWARE!
