Also, one set of the keys I left was lost even before the tenant moved in. In attempting to schedule a repair for the property, they scheduled an appointment with the wrong type of repairman (HVAC for a plumbing issue). I'm just hoping the travel fee from the HVAC repairman doesn't get passed on to me.
