I requested a copy of my tax return since I couldn't find it anywhere even though I saw evidence that it had been filed on irs.gov. The former employee who provided the services said it must've gotten lost, she no longer worked for ProTax, and couldn't resend it. When I contacted a current employee, she said I needed to pay $160 to get a copy because the "family and friends" discount the previous employee provided me was no longer valid. They requested this fee without an invoice, raised their voice at my husband on the phone. Not professional. Not reliable. After paying taxes for about two decades, I was audited for the first time ever after using this business. Be careful! read more

Terrible tax preparation service. Mis-filed taxes including incorrect name, address, and local income, leading to a nightmare of amendments, fines, etc. Do not use! read more
