I always felt like I was the boss and every decision was my own. We discussed my options while he educated and offered me his advice, but never told me what I needed to do -- he left this up to me to decide and encouraged me to take my time with my decisions. I received multiple estimates but my gut told me to go with GFR. I asked Bub to stop by once more after I had cleared out my basement so that he could do one more walk through and us finalize the project. Once finalized, lucky for us, his crew was able to come the very next day due to finishing up a job nearby!
