I let them know I tried to get an appointment a month ago and ahead of time, but the soonest appointment was 4 months away. I did not have a 4 month supply. These guys were able to get me an earlier appointment a few weeks away, awesome thank you. But then I sat there for over FIVE hours. Once I finally saw the nurse practitioner, who was again, very nice, my conversation and transaction with her took one minute. Yup. I waited five hours for one minute. I had to take a sick day from work to cover my time sitting there. A day of my life I will never get back. The system here doesn't work. I get some people need more help than others but you would think the "easy" people as I was told I was numerous times, could be in and out and out of their hair instead of turning people away as they came in later in the day because they were full. Why would an hour go by and no one in the waiting room was called? One lady came in describing a heart attack and she was turned away. I felt horrible for her. I hope she is ok.

It took me three times physically walking into this location before I got any kind of straight answer. My nurse practitioner is very caring. Knowledgeable and listens well. I have seen a doctor there…read morewhile having a bad health episode. He also listened well and was very through. It turned out I had type A flu, strep throat and a bacterial infection in my lungs. He did not stop until he was sure he found each thing and gave me two good antibiotics to cure it.
