I went in to cash my check and the BOSS LADY staisha or however you spell it rudely asked me to get off my phone as I have never been told otherwise or even had issues cashing out my check she stated do you want to do business or not I said you know what just give me my check and I'll go elsewhere. She THREW the checks at me and told me to leave. I dont appreciate this kind of service and it's not the first time she or another employee are rude to me. She has no customer service and yes I left mad and maybe called her names but you dont trust your loyal clients like that read more

I went in to all the local banks in town and Provident was hands down the best experience overall. The fees were lower, or they didn't have specific ones that other banks had. The vibe was much nicer, there was a light music playing in the background. I got my account set up with Cecilia Martinez and she was super easy to work with, helped me get everything set up right, and followed up with me and kept me up to date as we waited for some paperwork to come in from my business. This banks ATM's are constantly down simultaneously. So one atm is on one side of the building and the. You have to drive around to the other side of the building to find out you have to park and go inside. So then you have to put on a mask that you werent planning on doing. When you get to a teller they then ask that you remove your hat to further embarrass you. I dont recommend this bank. read more

Provident Bank is still doing it right when it comes to customer service. I normally take care of my banking on-line or at the ATM. However, I had to do some face to face, or mask to mask, banking. I had a pleasant professional interaction with Abby and wanted to give her an "atta boy" or "atta girl" for making the interaction pleasant, she even had me laughing. In this day and age where so many people are just plain rude it was nice to be treated with respect and a little humor. In an age where customer service doesn't seem to matter much, Cecilia went above and beyond on a very important business transaction today. She made a very stressful time much more manageable for me personally. Life is hard and Cecilia worked diligently to diffuse the situation.
