******************************* If you are looking for a company to assist you with debt solutions DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!! They prey on people who are desperate to find some debt relief. I received a letter from this company stating they can help relieve my debt in 3 years and during that time I was unemployed due to the pandemic, my bills were piling up and not sure what to do or where to go. I finally reached out to them to help and it's been nothing but trouble. I put the credit cards I wanted in this program and got sued by one of the credit card companies that I placed in this program!! I called Provident to tell them about the situation and they referred me to a law firm they partner with-the firm did not help with my issue at all. They informed me it was more of a take it or leave it comment!! Exhausted and frustrated, I called the credit card company myself and was able to get a temporary solution. I called Provident to get my money back and have been getting the run around since. I lost $1200.00! Lessons learned.... I want every one to know not to use this FAKE COMPANY!!
