There are gaping holes around two posts on the counter, I purchased quarter round as they requested (really, I think that should have been part of the installation) and they keep saying they will come back, promise me dates and I wait all day and no one shows up. Jimmy had to come to my home numerous times to try to get the job done right. The process of unhooking & re-hooking my kitchen plumbing to install the countertop caused a leak that he couldn't seem to stop, but he finally declared it fixed. Then, on having a new dishwasher installed a few months later, the installer pointed out that the countertop was not level, & that there was still a leak in the faucet water line. I can live with a non-level countertop, but now I have to hire a plumber...

Would not recommend or use this company again. The initial appointment went really well with the…read moremale business owner and his daughter. When we asked him if he's doing the work, he said yes it would be him and maybe 3-4 other guys. The day finally came and he was nowhere in sight. This company hires a Chinese crew to do the job and they are the middle men who get a cut of our money. Poor way to do business! Not only do they lie about who's doing the work, the Chinese crew was horrible to deal with as well (leaving their smoke butts and Tim Horton garbage everywhere outside).
