When I would put it in a battery, the battery would read, "shorted." I tried several different batteries with the same result. The office was already closed for the day so I called the next morning and spoke with the female worker. She appeared skeptical of my claim, but offered to rectify the situation after verifying that the cart was defective. I don't have a vehicle, so I have to rely on others for transportation. I was able to get a ride to buy more items and return the defective product several days later but the female worker refused to allow me a replacement or a refund. The $20 cartridge cost Smoke Signals several hundred dollars per month for refusing to stand behind a $20 cartridge. I now shop at Three Rivers dispensary who promised to replace any defective product on demand. The best form of advertising is word of mouth.

The gentleman working in the store was very nice. He had another pen on the shelf so he switched it out. Had the same problem with the second pen. I kindly asked for a refund and he told me that the owner doesn't allow products to be refunded. Now I'm stuck trying to fight with the manufacturer to get a replacement. I would highly advise consumers shopping at this establishment to make them show you that the product is functional prior to purchase. If the product is defective, they won't help you. They'll take your money for the defective product and refer you to the manufacturer.... Be cautious buying electronics from The Canna Cabinet
