Conditions were not great as over the years a lot of growth was resting on the shed. See photo. He didn't ask for it, but I paid him extra because the conditions were pretty poor. Pablo did a GREAT job cleaning out lots of junk from my backyard. To make way for a new shed, he had to pry up the old metal track that was embedded in concrete. He moved a huge stack of wood across the yard and hauled away the old metal shed and many boxes of and bags of junk. His prices are very reasonable.
