She offered to do an internal search on places that meet our needs. From the list, we picked out a few places we were interested in. She said she was too busy that weekend, but that she would have time after the weekend. We sent her an email with a list of places that we were interested in again after the weekend. She got back to us later that week (not later that day) and most of the homes we liked were gone. We went and looked at one and liked it and asked if she could find out if they were ok with our move in date. The weekend went by and we never heard from her. She sent us a new list and we selected a few houses we were interested in. We still hadn't heard about the house we had looked at and waited until the next sunday before she got back to us. We looked at the house and it was filthy. Walls needed painting, carpets were dirty, grout missing in bathroom, cracks in the walls where the drywall met and the garage was full of trash. We told her we liked the place, but would like to know if the landlord was willing to work with us on the filth, such as cleaning it up or taking it off our rent for the cost of supplies for us cleaning it up. She said she would ask and that she would send us a new list. That was like 3 weeks ago. We found a house on our own. I'm sure the commission on a rental is not nearly the commission for a sale of a house. If she doesn't have time to help us she shouldn't have offered and she should have communicated that to us. She was very nice and had good information when we went and looked at the homes which is why I gave her two stars. I can't speak to her quality when selling or buying a house, but I would recommend looking elsewhere when trying to find a rental.

This will be a long review, but I hope is useful for future buyers…read more First, let me go straight to the point and say that I would not recommend anyone to ever work with Sherry, specially if she was involved with the home renovation process. We purchased a home in September 2021 that Sherry had listed as fully renovated. When we met Sherry, she told us that she personally oversaw the renovations and that she was the one who selected the company that did the work. She also stated that she was so involved in the process that she even helped plant some of the plants around the property. Well, within just two months of living in the house we started to see things fall apart. First was the kitchen floor, by month three all of the grout in the kitchen was gone. As soon as it started to warm up, the chimney started to smell like smoke because instead of doing a chimney sweep, they masked the smell. The dishwasher was broken and even though Sherry stated that she hired a person to fix it, it has never worked, so we had to buy a new one. Sherry also lied about the age of the HVAC unit. Two months after moving in, we started to smell gas coming from the HVAC unit and once we got a technician to look at it, we were informed that the date written on it was incorrect. The unit was actually 22 years old. Lastly, Sherry informed us that the pool had the gunite replaced in July 2021. Well, we just had a pool company come to drain and clean the pool today and found out that it is in terrible conditions. The pool cleaners told us that based on the condition of the pool, the gunite has never been replaced and that there are clear signs that the previous owners did not take care of the pool. Bottom line is that Sherry is not a trustworthy person and I would caution anyone who is considering doing business with her.

A refrigerator photo taken after our move-out, not the one we cleaned and photographed. Images that simply did not match the truth of the condition we left behind.
