He was easy to reach, responsive and communicated via text, which is helpful in these modern times. Here is what you need to know to determine if Jason Lovelace is the inspector for you: Inspection cost: $425 The roof was not inspected. It was "inspected from the ground only" (and the roof did have an issue and a roofer had to come out.) I feel this should have been disclosed before we hired him as our inspector. The air conditioner can not be tested if the temperature outside is below 65 degrees The inspection lasted no less than 3 hours for a 2900 sq ft home The report was very detailed and included tons of accompanying pictures. The inspector does not cover anything related to termites.

Also during that inspection, when their under-the-house robot ran out of juice, our inspector donned his gear and crawled under the house anyway just to make sure absolutely nothing was missed. During our second inspection, our inspector was able to point out several things around our home that were renovated and could show what was done really great or not so great about them. They had to completely tear all the aluminum siding off the house and replace it because it had rotten places on it and their insurance canceled them until they fixed it. They pulled the flooring up to install new flooring and there is mold everywhere. He barely checked this money pit house out. He took advantage of a young couple trying to make a home for themselves. I wouldn't recommend this joke of a company to inspect a dog house. I'm going to make sure all of social media knows what kind of company it is. Do not use this clown to inspect anything. It's not even worth one star.
