I found the service to be amazing actually! I loved it even more than I did at the flagship Chanel in Paris (Rue Cambon). Then my eyes wandered & I ended up getting a wallet & a WOC to match as a late birthday present to myself! I unfortunately cannot say no to caviar leather (and VAT refund) hehe. Lambskin leather is cute + buttery soft but I just love the durability of caviar. I had been searching for the black caviar flap wallet with gold hardware for SO long, I'm not sure why so many of the stores I've been to don't have stock of it but I'm glad this one did.
