When I once had to cancel, I got the "automatic" email from Raquel, the receptionist with a suggestion of a new time. I didn't respond. I wanted to see if my psychologist would actually care about me as a person, and not just a client who gives her income. I was beyond disappointed when I realized the reality. I never heard from her again. I felt betrayed and extremely anxious. Shouldn't the psychologist I've been open up to and been crying in front wonder how I am, what is going on and so on. This is a person I've met regularly for three months just once ask how I am. This is a person I've trusted, and literally it feels she just turned my back. She knew I was unstable and very sensible. She didn't give a S**T whether I was alive or not. For them the clients are just numbers. Don't waste you money, time and emotions on this place. They are VERY unprofessional.
