My mother is a patient here and I am finding her a new doctor. She is elder and requires daily monitoring by nurses. She ran out of her medicine which her nurses keep track of. The nurse contacted this office 5x in one day just to request a refill. No one picks up and you are unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full. This is unacceptable behavior in general but ESPECIALLY unacceptable when it's an office for Psych patients. The lack of care and service is astonishing. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to be seen here. STAY AWAY!!! There are plenty of other doctors that take pride in their work and wouldn't allow these type of actions to occur in their place of practice. read more

Family member in dire need of help. Called 5 times absolutely no response whatsoever. No call back, nothing. We continued calling and they never, ever responded. We ended up in the emergency room due to complete lack of even telling us they couldn't take in new patients. When the world professes a need for stronger mental health support and those responsible for providing it simply ignore those in need, I would say that is being unprofessional at a minimum. Irresponsible is more like it. Avoid them at all costs they truly don't care about mental health. A simple call back takes 5 minutes. read more
