I think that my baby was so relaxed by the lights and the music because she napped for longer than she usually did at that point and slept the whole time (which was such a gift to me). It was a very cold February day, so the idea of being "roasted" by hot stones was very appealing. No matter the weather I absolutely recommend this as a gift to a new mother (or for yourself as a mother).

While you are filling out paper work, they give you a warm neck wrap and also offer water or tea to drink. The massage rooms are spacious and very well decorated and maintained. Everything was extremely clean without feeling sterile. The massage therapist I had took the time to listen to what I wanted out of the experience and made sure to make the most of our time attending to my areas of concern. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated (which was my main goal for the treatment). The two downsides are that there is street parking only (so you might have to park several blocks away) and they are one of the more pricey establishments. (but you really do get what you pay for). The crystals she has there are all beautiful, and some of them even come in bracelet and earring form! I bought a malachite bracelet, as pictured, and I love it.
