As a mom of a toddler and a baby, I haven't had time for a facial for months. With some downtime today, I was desperate for a facial. PT Salon came to the rescue with a last-minute (well, 10 minutes before walking in) facial appointment with Kiran. Upon arrival, Kiran greeted me and recommended the Diamond Facial. I was a little skeptical at first as it's almost the most expensive one, but decided "oh what the hell, might as well". Everything in the facial treatment room was clean and organized. Just by how Kiran got me ready I could already tell she is professional and experienced. Our facial started with cleansing, then scrubbing, steaming & extractions, then massaging in a variety of serums/cream, and ended with a nourishing mask. Kiran delivered each step with great massaging techniques, totally pampering me. The only suggestion I have is the extractions could have been more detailed on each clogged pore instead of just scraping the face. Felt like my face got an uplift after the treatment. The owner of this establishment asked me to take down my review which I will not and it's shameful he's accusing me of lying and is gaslighting his customers. It reflects a personal experience of mine during the time I was here from 2013 through 2015 almost monthly for eyebrow threading services. I remember the employees name because I asked before leaving my very last time I came here. Just because I was a customer much earlier doesn't invalidate my experience any less. The response from the owner further solidified my one star rating which I rarely give because of lack of professionalism. I remember the previous owner Simi fondly and while she was great, everything else about this establishment was not and it was hard to get her for threading when she was sought after. Note that no other review has been responded to in years as this establishment does not seem to wish to improve. I will be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau for poor management. read more

I had to leave for a trip and my normal salon wasn't open this early, so I was looking for another place that could do some quick clean up. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have microblading on my eyebrows, and never before have I ever had a threader NOT follow the very obvious tattoo. On top of that, she said it was my fault because I didn't tell her to follow the tattoo. Am I crazy, or should that have just been obvious? I guess they charge extra for common sense?? And the cherry on this stupidity sundae, she claimed that I didn't have any hair along the microblading anyway, like excuse me, but I could feel you threading that area, don't gaslight me?! So now I get to start my trip with two tails on my eyebrow. It probably would have looked better if I just left it bushy. I do not recommend this place at all! read more
