It's on South Park Ave. Not an area I frequent often, but I happened to be on my way to Lackawanna from downtown and took South Park. So as I was driving I saw this. The lot next-door is some sort of an urban farm so you can actually see this really clearly. Its actually named "A Mural in Bloom", which makes complete sense.
