I'm conflicted since I really want to have another good breakfast spot to pick from, but I don't know if PublicUs will be it. The drinks from PublicUs are fantastic and are 100% worth coming back for. The breakfast food on the other hand could use some work. Maybe it was a bit of an off day in the kitchen, but the Brekkie Burrito was a bit bland and very wet (not from sauce, but just, wet). On the other hand, I had PublicUs's version of an Espresso Tonic and it was REALLY good. If I was just coming for coffee though, it would have been a really cool spot to lounge around in and chat with friends. That and, while it took me a hot second to find the separate seating area, it was nice that there was ample seating. Everyone at the counter was super nice and honestly, I'm really hoping my burrito was just a random miss. read more

This is a super cool breakfast place that has a great list of specials in addition to a big menu with lots of vegetarian options. Food is really good, I had the chili crisp omelette on toast and opted for the fries instead of the salad. The fries were also amazing! Thin and hot and crispy. And I hate a donut muffin. The donut muffin had a good crust and sugar but was more dry like a muffin than a donut. The atmosphere is super modern and open. It's been a minute since I've updated review for one of my fave coffee shops. It's located in DTLV and I love the fact that there is a parking lot right next door so I don't have to walk too far. And I also love the fact that they have food and delicious coffee here. Came here with my intern for a coworking lunch. The line is always pretty long here and seats are always taken, but the vibe in here is awesome. We were able to find a spot and the guy helping us at the counter was great. It's an order at the counter and take your seat spot, and they bring you out your food, which is really nice. I ordered a matcha latte which was delicious and then the orange chicken bento plate. It was soooo good! Definitely my favorite and they give you so much food. It comes with a macaroni salad, rice, and regular salad too. It's definitely my favorite meal on the menu. We also got a cinnamon roll to share as well and a blueberry scone. Both were sooo good, too. Literally everything here is tasty. The wifi is also pretty fast and works well. I can't write enough great things about this wonderful cafe. It's a great place to take your time and enjoy yourself. The coffee is so good and the vanilla latte is made with real vanilla beans. The food is seasonal and the menu changes often. The pastries rotate as well and there are so many good things to choose from. The staff here are nice and efficient. Shalom is very nice and friendly. Love the smoked salmon toast here with mouthwatering salad (the vinaigrette dressing is great). The patty flavor is good but unfortunately overcooked and a bit dry. Gotta give the coffee here a thumbs up. Tried latte and mint and cream coffee, both are smooth and scrumptious. This is a wonderful spot for breakfast or lunch! I absolutely loved the garden farm Benny, full of flavors and sauces and color. The veggies were grilled with garlic and seasoning, the potatoes were crispy and the sauces on the Benedict went well with the arugula and sourdough. Loveeeee the sourdough! The biscotti was just soft enough in a perfect way and tasted so good dipped in the mint coffee. This place did have a bit of a wait at 130pm and it is an order and then sit establishment. I have only great things to say to anyone who asks about Public Us! The drinks are delicious, hot or iced. The pastries are delicious, warmed or not. The service is consistently nice and super friendly. There is a good amount of seating, some communal tables and some two seaters. My favorites are a hot vanilla latte and a blueberry scone. I also recently discovered soft screamed eggs with a hot dark chocolate mocha. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Vegas. And if you happen to have any issues with your order, be sure to say something because they are so into making everyone's experience the best. Came here for bookclub. The style is order food at the register and then take a seat, which seems to be a popular method. The line was very long (also peak time on a Sunday) and took approximately 40 minutes to wait in line and that's not including the wait for a meal. I wanted to order an entree but didn't want to wait another 30-45 minutes so I just got a drink and cookie. Both were good, but not worth the long line wait. My best friend and I visited PublicUs for brunch on Nov 21, 2025. It was our third time there over the past three years - when we come for Formula 1, we also come to PublicUs. The front shelf is normally stocked with delicious sweets and pastries but we were there a little late. Thank goodness there was still 1 chocolate chip cookie left for me! The Coffee. Oh my god so good. It was a lifesaver. I had a delightful vanilla latte to start. Normally, I would have the Loco Moco, but today I tried the Spicy Bourbon Fried Chicken. The chicken had a nice crunch to it, even with the sauce. It wasn't very spicy - I am not sure if they can boost it up. The salad was crisp and delicious, I really enjoyed the dressing. The dish also comes with kimchi pickles and ginger - really cool flavors. I would have also liked to have some of the mac salad (I stole some from my buddy's loco moco...lol) Although it was a pretty costly meal, I will definitely be back; there are so many great looking dishes on the menu. Solid spot for Hawaiian fusion food in Vegas. We ordered the brekkie sandwich (absolute bomb), waffles, and one of each musubi (spam, Portuguese sausage, and braised beef). The braised beef musubi was the standout for me, super flavorful, tender, and perfect when hot. Honestly, everything we tried hit the spot. We had 2 failed attempts of locating a coffee shop open from 7 -8:30 AM in walking distance from Freemont Street. As soon as we were about to give up we spotted PublicUs's open sign, we had simply thought we'd hang out here till when the other coffee shop would open. I hadn't looked up what PublicUs was so you could imagine my surprise but also instant happiness when we opened the door. It's not an overly large area but they have plenty of seating tucked away for customers. It was artistically decorated and the staff was very welcoming and kind. I had ordered a Horchata Ice Latte with giant oatmeal cookie. The Horchata was spot on with flavor and the cold brew was the kick I need to make the vacation day happen. As for the oatmeal cookie, I'd like to add their baked goods were extra large in size but all looked so good it was hard not to order more than I did! The cookie was so chewy and rich, it lasted me the entirety of my trip! I'm a texture person so the Apple cinnamon muffin wasn't a favorite of mine but I appreciated the muffin itself and know that I would be a huge fan of anything off the bakery list based on taste and quality. Since they bake in house daily all their goods are fresh. The pineapple mimosa was light and an appreciated fruit tartness to add a little kick before heading out. We had planned to return for a meal but time escaped us! This was one of my brother's favorite establishments in Vegas, so every time I'm in town it's a mandatory visit! Not just because of the sentimental value, but because of the amazing food and drinks. Back when they opened they were one of the first to bring that Instagram-worthy, specialty coffee experience with options that go way beyond your typical chain menus. It's a place where the coffee isn't just a drink; it's a piece of art. They focus on quality, with deep flavors, meticulous brewing methods, and made from scratch syrups. I love all of their drinks but the Death Cream is my favorite (don't add an extra shot, it takes away from the flavor). I also recently tried the Fresh Mint and Cream and it's now on my list of must haves. The macadamia nut latte is a necessary addition when it's cold out. When it comes to the food, everything in the bakery is amazing! The bread pudding and zucchini muffins are must haves but if it's available get the Tiramisu Croissant, it is life changing. They usually sell out of it. If you don't fancy something sweet, then their menu items are also fantastic. Everything is made with quality ingredients and exquisite flavors. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is amazing and the mixologists sure know how to make a drink. The atmosphere is straight out of a designers dream. Decorated with little knick-knacks, geeky cool stuff, photos, etc. House music playing. They have two unisex restrooms. *Croissada w/house jam - choice between blueberry or strawberry (4/5). I would describe this more as a morning bun on steroids. Flakey, buttery, cinnamon sugar goodness. The blueberry jam was nice yet not too sweet. *Loco Moco: two farm eggs sunny side up, 30 day dry aged prime Angus hamburger, brown gravy, fried onions, mac salad, steamed white rice, organic greens (4/5). The hamburger was nicely cooked to medium as I chose. The organic greens had a nice light vinegrette. The mac salad was decently creamy and savory. The rice was gummy and the bottom of the pot (see pic). Otherwise, a good tasting dish. My wife didn't care for the gravy and felt that it was cold. *Chocolate Chunk Cookie - good chunks of chocolate baked inside the cookie topped with sea salt. *Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk - oatmeal, chocolate chucks and raisins. I rarely leave reviews but I haven't been this happy about finding a new place in a long time. Everything here is amazingly good; the service, the food, the coffee. My partner and I got the steak and eggs, a coffee, and a pastry. Everything was delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly, we loved the potatoes, the coffee is next level good (their setup is amazing), and the pastries are really good. I'm glad we found this place. PublicUs is one of my favorite cafes! I love the ambiance and the decor - it's playful and inviting. They have great service and a bunch of dishes and drinks to choose from. They also have different specials every time I visit. You'll love this place for pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The Brekkie Sandwich Supreme is very tasty. The brioche bun is toasted with the egg style of your choice, crispy hash brown, and bacon. You're able to substitute for turkey bacon :) I also tried the Waffles with berries and cream. The waffle was too crispy for me, but the berries and cream are very fresh! Definitely, give this place a try! I'm sure you'll find something you'll love! If you're not just looking for coffee but like to get breakfast or food in general, this place will do a good job. Staff is very friendly, food is served fresh. They have fast Wifi but that doesn't mean this is a good place to work or have meetings. It's pretty loud and they also barely have any outlets. They have a separate room which is much quieter.
