I hate having to use Publix pharmacy. They have the rudest people working in their pharmacies and you would think you were asking them to pay for your prescriptions. You would think as high priced as Publix is on absolutely everything in their stores they would push better customer service, but customer service has gone straight to the pits. read more

They are not informing customers or asking them to wear a mask. The new policy is worthless. They got rid of the one way isles and no longer sanitize the carts. Even employees not wearing masks. A total lack of concern for my safety and the safety of there employees. read more

We shop here often. The store is always clean and has a friendly staff. Pleasant shopping experiences every time. Their customer service is a flashback to customer service from the 1980's. I am old school and fight new technology sometimes. I decide to try the online shopping and curbside pickup. I was leery of not personally picking out my own products. Surayah J performed my shopping and chatted with me through the process. She sent pictures to let me make my own choices. She even picked out an excellent red roses, better than I could have. Definitely disappointed with Publix. The customer service was not up to par. The bakery department is absolutely a disappointment. Instead of pushing a customer about an item being purchased, evaluate the situation correctly and handle your composure better.. the bakery manager addressed the issue but was still pushy about the cake. I sooooo can't wait for the Publix to open near me!! Honestly I had been this impressed by a grocery store since my dad retired from the military and we came state side. The produce selection is so vast, I loved how some larger produce, spaghetti squash was available in halves, as some produce like it is to much most times. The bakery is one of the few that I can smell the bread baking. The staff in the bakery and deli were so eager and friendly. The sandwich from the deli are great. I love the Italian on the 5 grains. We were looking at the hot case while our sandwich was being made and they offered us samples of the wings. Needless to say we bought s bunch of those too! I found the prices fairly comparable with other stores. Some things were cheaper then other stores, and some were higher. They have a huge international section with a 4 foot section to all things English, which then removes a large section of my bank account as I stock up! read more

Friendly staff. Fresh produce and very clean store. Close to the gym and movies. Wish they did have a bigger selection of ethnic foods.

Very disappointed in the deli staff. Had another customer tell me how the staff was saying rude and inappropriate things about me when I left the deli. Really not sure why anything was said to or about me? Did inform management they sent back a typical form letter apologizing but I at the very least wanted to express concern over the individual who was being rude. It is not what I expect from Publix. There's a Kroger close by. They seem to value customers. Done with Publix. read more

This Publix was my go to store, but I had stopped going there for the past year+ unless absolutely necessary. I was pleasantly surprised recently when I went there, they apparently got a new manager and it shows. The staff is attentive, and helpful once again. The store is spotless. I will once again be a frequent shopper. read more

Sadly, as I've been shopping this Publix since they opened, this is the strike 3 count for them. Recently (June 16, 2020) I went to purchase a few things for a dinner party. On numerous occasions (at least 3) when I have went to the deli counter and placed an order (I waited in line like everyone else), I would then tell them to place my order on the counter and I would finish my shopping - when I return I find they completely ignored my order and went right on the to the next person in line. On the above date, when I returned, my order was not on the counter - I become agitated. Upon expressing my frustration the young lady at the counter went off on me, she called me rude, raised her voice and chewed me out. She then stormed off to a manager and repeated her entire rant to her. I am a high end buyer. whole tenderloins, at least 15 bottles of wine a month, a lot of seafood, and other high end meats; filet, rib-eye, rib roasts, etc. My average spending at this store exceeds 800 dollars a month, often more. Never again Perry Publix. when your employees feel entitled to bless out customers its time to move on - I thought you vetted your employees better than this. Kroger is worth the extra 6 minutes of drive time. read more

This seems to be one of the better grocery stores in the Warner Robins area. The produce is for the most part pretty well kept with fresh ingredients, though they lack the occasional item here or there. The fish section of the store is rather small and the fish are for the most part unfrozen pieces so there's no telling exactly how fresh the fish truly is. There isn't a meat counter per say, but they do have a wide variety occasionally even having the full gamut of lamb products. They've got a full service pharmacy in the building too. The baggers and cashiers are always friendly and I've seen the same faces there for years so they either like their jobs a lot or we're in this economy of ours, either way it's nice to see the same folks all the time. read more

The facility is always super clean. The staff is amazing! They offer to unload your cart and always seem to be around just when I need them to figure out where an item is. All of the staff seems to be very knowledgeable about the store. I love the green tags that make it so easy to make healthier choices! My two boys love the car themed buggies and my 2 girls like to look at the magazines at check out. I really appreciate that they cover up the questionable magazines with a screen. These are just a few of the little things that make a big difference. read more

The most friendliest helpful people ever!!! Bakery is the BOMB!!! I suffer from anxiety attacks and this place is so clean and organized...It is always a pleasant stop. My family calls it "THE LIBRARY OF GROCERY STORES"! The produce can absolutely not be beat and I won't go anywhere else for produce! The girls in the pharmacy are ALWAYS going above & beyond to help me! And they are so friendly!And "Rodney" has been putting smiles on our face for years! Love this store! The worst customer service experience at this Publix location store# 1291. I love Publix and and their customer service except on this Publix location. Went to the deli and made the line, patiently waited for the person making the sandwiches to clean her station and put the cheese away. When she was ready for me I asked for a Cuban sandwich with salami. Normally Publix will be happy to make you a sandwich with a smile... NOT in this location! The lady looked irritated and not happy to be there and argue with me to get one that was already pre made. I told her, I wanted a fresh one with salami, lettuce and pressed. Instead of her making the sandwich she called the deli manager. Why?! Why not make the sandwich like the paying customer is requesting?!?! The manager also gave me trouble and made it into a big deal and said "well it will be an extra dollar" I said that's fine and I said I also wanted to have mayo and mustard and she pointed behind me and said, "there is mayo and mustard package behind you". I didn't care if is a dollar more or the bread is different. Make the sandwich and stop looking for an argument with a customer! I didn't mind paying the extra dollar! I really wanted and was craving was a Publix sandwich. I just walked away. The deli manager after seeing my frustration and as I started to walk way she started to offer to make the Cuban sandwich herself. At this point forget about it! I am done and so disappointed in Publix. read more

Extremely disappointed in the deli at this location. 2/11/17: Ordered sandwiches online after an all day baseball tournament. Placed order at 8:45pm. Driving from Macon it would be ready at the perfect time. Get to the store at 9:15 hubby heads in. Comes out at 9:40 with no sandwiches. There was no white bread left, BUT no phone call to let us know. They said they couldn't call us because I have an out of area phone number. Are you telling me that in a military town like Warner Robins you don't have the phone system to call out of area numbers???? And one of our orders was a wrap, didn't need white bread. So it's now almost 10:00 at night and no dinner for my family. They just didn't want to make sandwiches that late. 2/19/17: Thought I would give them another chance. Ordered online again. It was not ready at the right time. Ordered the Mediterranean wrap. Asked for extra dressing. There was no hummus on it, and so much dressing that it literally melted when I unwrapped it. There were 4 people back there and only one making sandwiches. We were ignored for over 5 minutes waiting to get some mac and cheese. These people moved at a glacial pace. Will not return. This is not Publix service. read more
